Summit Radiology is located in Fort Wayne, IN, the second most populous city in Indiana after Indianapolis, 18 miles west of the Ohio border and 50 miles south of the Michigan border. The practice is the product of a merger between a pair of private radiology practices formed in the 1960s and has grown to include 80 radiologists.
